The "Armored Transport" DLC is the second content pack for PAYDAY 2, allowing players to fulfill any robber´s dream: robbing armored trucks, stuffed to the brim with valuables, right in the middle of Washington. And if you´re lucky - pull off an even bigger job: a classic train robbery.
Up to four friends can participate in these heists. As you progress through missions, the team has a chance to unlock an even more profitable op - the train robbery. The game adds new types of weapons, modifications, masks, patterns, and materials, giving even more possibilities for creating unique equipment.
• 2 new heists across 6 locations - players will need to complete two new assignments unfolding in six different places. Rob armored trucks in the city center, in parks, underpasses, intersections, or in the Washington port zone. If luck is on your side, the robbery may lead to an even bigger score - capturing a valuable military prototype during the train heist.
• 3 new weapon types - three new additions have appeared in the robbers´ arsenal. For those who prefer a stealthy playstyle, there is the elegant Gruber Kurz pistol; for those who prefer to go head-on, the Commando 553 assault rifle; and for true madmen, the classic Swedish K submachine gun. With over a dozen new modifications, each player can find something to their taste.
• 4 new masks, patterns, and materials - four masks inspired by famous American presidents have been added to the game. In combination with new thematic patterns and materials, players can create truly impressive masks. Daddy would be pleased.
• New achievements, a free mask for community members, and more - players will have a dozen new achievements to earn. Those who join the official PAYDAY 2 group on Steam will receive an extra bonus - a hockey mask referencing one of the best heist movies in film history. And the most dedicated armored truck robbers might discover an interesting "Easter egg" surprise.
