https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1122-RTSC-0478
(Each Steam User Account is associated with a specific currency, which you can see in the top right corner of your Steam Client. Going forward, you may encounter an error if you try to activate a Steam Wallet Code issued in a different currency than the one of your Steam User Account.)
Please read this information before purchasing and decide if you need such risks.
At the moment, there are no problems with activating these codes, but they can arise at any time, please take this into account.
After the sale, we will not be able to accept claims in the event of problems with these changes.
After payment of the order, the system automatically (without our participation) will instantly send you a link to access the official account recharge key (Wallet Balance) on Steam for 10.9 $ - this is the equivalent, the card was not originally a dollar!
