https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=1122-RTSC-0478
(Each Steam user account is associated with a specific currency, which you can see in the upper right corner of the Steam client. You may subsequently encounter an error if you try to redeem a Steam Wallet code issued in a currency other than your Steam account´s currency.)
Please read this information before purchasing and decide if you need such risks.
At the moment, there are no problems with activating these codes, but they can arise at any time, please take this into account.
After the sale, we will not be able to accept claims in the event of problems with these changes.
After paying for the order, the system will automatically (without our participation) instantly send you a link by mail to access the official key for replenishing your account balance (Wallet Balance) on Steam for $ 1.2 - this is the equivalent, initially the card is not a dollar one! If your account is in another currency, this amount will be converted at the current exchange rate.
