🛡 Guarantees:
・We guarantee a replacement key or a full refund if the key provided is invalid, already activated, or does not match the product description.
・All keys are official and verified prior to sale.
・The guarantee applies to unactivated keys. Once a key has been successfully activated, we cannot accept claims related to gameplay, your Steam account, or changes to regional restrictions imposed by the publisher—unless the product fails to match its description, cannot be activated on a Steam account within the specified region, or contains another defect not caused by the buyer.
・Should an issue arise, the buyer must provide screenshots of the activation error and, if necessary, the key´s activation history for verification.
・Warranty claims will be processed as quickly as possible once all required information has been provided. The processing time depends on the specific situation.
📌 Important:
・Before paying for a digital service, the buyer must review the activation terms for the electronic key, which are provided on the product page. By completing the payment, the buyer confirms that they have read and accepted these terms.
・The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their Steam account region matches the activation region specified in the product description. Purchasing a product for an account that does not match the specified region does not qualify the buyer for a refund or exchange.
・An electronic key is a digital product intended for one-time use. Once a functional key—matching the product description—has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged or returned. Exceptions are made only if the key is invalid, does not match the product description, cannot be activated on a Steam account that corresponds to the specified activation region, or has some other defect not caused by the buyer.
