- Financial model for creating a sales network LI:
- 1) the financial model is suitable for assessing the investment attractiveness of such business projects and startups, within the framework of which it is assumed to create an offline network of real estate objects organized in accordance with a certain pre-thought-out format, including a logo, unique design, etc., the rights to which are received within the framework of the project by its initiators, and on the sites of which all the necessary conditions are created for the promotion and sale of goods or services, the production of which the organizers of the startup decided to engage in;
- 2) this version of the financial model is lightweight (V.LI) - the modeling horizon is up to 6 years;
- 3) the model provides for the calculation of a full set of investment and financial and economic indicators, including the calculation of the market value of the business both for the last year of the financial model (terminal value), and the reduced valuation at the beginning of the project;
- 4) navigation through the sections of the financial model - sheets of the Excel file is organized using buttons located in the upper fixed area of
