- The year is 1348. The plague is ravaging the lands of the Kingdom of France. Amicia and her little brother Hugo escape from the Inquisition by making their way through depopulated villages. Left to their own devices, they try to survive despite the indescribable horrors awaiting them. That´s how their adventure begins... and childhood ends.
- A Plague Tale: Requiem
- Amicia and Hugo travel south to start a new life away from the plague and help Hugo curb the ancestral curse. But Hugo´s forces are waking up again, and here they are, hordes of rats, carrying death and destruction on their gray backs. The brother and sister are forced to flee again... This time, they are led by a prophecy about a distant island that may be the key to Hugo´s salvation.
