Субъективное мнение, не хочется выяснять отношения с магазином. Я понимаю что бывают разные технические трудности, но можно же о них сообщить. Но намеренное игнорирование запроса на возврат и настырное выполнение заказа на быструю руку точно не добавляет баллов лояльности продавцу.

Действительно возникли трудности, понадобилось больше времени. Но заказ завершили в день обращения. В любом случае - просим прощение за задержку.
