- Unique Ability - Sorceress of Numbers: Cities gain more science each age when you complete a civic. The bonus resets at the start of each new age. Gain culture equal to a percentage of your science per turn when you complete a technology.
- Goals - Analytical Engine: Slightly improves relations with the leader with the most development. Slightly worsens relations with the leader with the least development.
- LEADER SIMON BOLIVAR
- Traits: Expansionism, Military
- Unique Ability - Liberator: Gain free support in your wars. When you capture a settlement for the first time, you can build a building in it for free. Can purchase items while in unrest.
- Goals - Foundation of Freedom: Improves relations by an average amount for having the fewest unsatisfied settlements. Slightly worsens relations with the leader with the most unsatisfied settlements.
- CARTHAGE - ANCIENT CIVILIZATION
- Traits: Military, Economy
- Unique Ability - Phoenician Heritage: Can only have one city. Towns cannot be converted into cities. When you create a merchant or colonist unit, you get a copy of that unit.
- Unique Civilian Unit: Colonist (settler unique unit)
- Unique Military Unit: Numidian (cavalry unique unit)
- Associated Wonder: Byrsa
- GREAT BRITAIN – MODERN ERA CIVILIZATION
- Stats: Economy, Expansionism
- Unique Ability – World Workshop: Buildings are a percentage cheaper to produce or buy. Converting towns to cities costs a percentage more.
