  • Below are detailed instructions for each type of account and console model.

  • 📌 PS5 – Offline Account

  • Connect your console to the internet.

  • Go to your profile → Switch User → Add User → Add a User to this PS5 → Agree → Confirm.

  • Send the displayed QR code and code to support. Wait for admin approval.

  • Select Social and Open → Continue without changing any info or setting two-step verification.

  • Enter the Game Library → Your Collection → add the purchased game to downloads.

  • Go to Settings → User and Accounts → Other → Console Sharing and Offline Play.

  • Send a screenshot to support.

  • Enable if needed (skip if already enabled).

  • Log out from our account and send confirmation to support.

  • After the game downloads, launch it once online, then go offline permanently.

  • ⚠ Access will be removed within 12 hours — make sure you download before then.

  • 📌 PS4 – Offline Account

  • Settings → Login Settings → User Management → Create User.

  • Send QR code and code to support. Wait for admin approval.

  • If prompted, choose Change to This Device.

  • Switch to our store’s user → Enter Library → Purchase → add the game to downloads.

  • Pause the download (to save data).

  • Go to Settings → Account Management → Activate as Your Primary.

  • After download, run the game once online, then stay offline.

  • (Similar to Offline Account steps, but after enabling sharing, switch to your personal account to play.)

  • Settings → Login Settings → User Management → Create User.

  • Select Do Not Change (never choose “Change to this PS4”).

  • Enter Library → Purchase → add game to downloads.

  • Settings → Account Management → Activate as Your Primary → Ensure Deactivate is selected.

  • Do not log out from our account — games run only from it.

  • Never enable Console Sharing.

  • Select Disable if needed.
