фактически доступ предоставили на другой акк. Деньги потрачены, доступа нет. Продавец отказывается разбираться в ситуации. Думайте сами.

P.S. Доступ не был предоставлен ни по одному из двух аккаунтов.
Клиенту была отправлена инструкция, после чего он самостоятельно прислал нам ID. Сейчас он утверждает, что это был не тот ID. Со своей стороны ошибки не вижу, так как данные были предоставлены самим клиентом.
