На третий день активации аккаунта (аккаунт был новый, до этого подписки не брал и даже фри версией Клауда не пользовался) он был забанен (я даже не успел поставить Клод код на компьютер). По просьбе продавца была написана заявку в службу поддержки Claude для разбана. С того времени прошло уже больше двух недель. Продавец молчит, Клауд молчит, две тысячи улетели вникуда.

Жду решения проблемы от продавца - до тех пор этот отзыв остается
Здравствуйте. Уточним важные моменты, которые в отзыве не отражены. Аккаунт действительно был новым, и в описании товара заранее указано, что активация на новых аккаунтах производится на страх и риск покупателя. Также отдельно прописано, что гарантия распространяется только на слёт подписки до FREE Plan и не распространяется на блокировки, ограничения аккаунта, санкции и проверки со стороны Anthropic. После сообщения о блокировке мы не «молчали» и не игнорировали проблему — покупателю было предложено подать апелляцию в поддержку Claude, поскольку решение о блокировке принимает непосредственно Anthropic. Повлиять на сроки или результат рассмотрения такой апелляции продавец технически не может. Также на данный момент отсутствует официальный ответ Anthropic, подтверждающий, что блокировка произошла именно из-за предоставленной нами подписки или наших действий. Сам факт блокировки через несколько дней после активации не устанавливает её причину. Фраза «две тысячи улетели вникуда» создаёт впечатление, будто продавец вообще не предоставил товар. Фактически подписка была активирована, после чего сам сервис Anthropic заблокировал новый аккаунт.

Спасибо, всё работает, но активация удалась не с первого раза и пришлось весь день ждать, пока продавец отреагирует.
