Активация прошла успешно, вот только в инструкции от продавца есть косяк. Предложенный им ВПН не содержит региона через который необходима активация. В моём случае это Taiwan. Воспользовался своим бесплатным ВПН Speedtop, на момент написания отзыва данный регион доступен бесплатно.
