- Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the diamonds were not credited to the account.
- If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:

- β’ the buyer selected the wrong denomination;
- β’ the item was purchased by mistake;
- β’ the buyer refused to fulfill the order after payment;
- Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount.
- This deduction is used to cover the payment gateway fee and processing costs.
