Lay the foundations of your glorious Soviet Republic: begin in the turbulent 1930s and lead your country through a period of rapid industrialization and centralization. Overcome the challenges of the era, research technologies that changed the world, and create a country that will endure for many decades to come.
The expansion will feature the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s. Whether you choose one of these decades or start with a later period from the main game, the Early Start will offer you:
- A variety of new vehicles across various categories, from steam locomotives and period-appropriate carriages to trams, trucks, and buses.
- Coal plays an even more important role in this era! Consider the specifics of steam engines, which powered the most important machines of the time – from steam sleepers to locomotives and many other types of equipment.
- Explore the features of new buildings that better reflect the architectural styles and limitations of the time. Build brick buildings in residential and administrative areas until modern construction methods become available.
- The limitations of a historical period can be overcome by advancing technology and culture. Shape your society with the inventions of its brightest minds – from modernized railways to new architectural styles like Brutalism and Soviet Modernism!
- Build legendary monuments to glorify your proud republic and increase your people´s loyalty.
- Build your republic on two completely new maps. You can start with an existing population, with empty buildings, or on a completely blank map.
