Description

Activation region: USA only. If your Epic Games account region does not match, you need to change the region. Important: at least 6 months must have passed since your last region change.
PLEASE NOTE: this is an Epic Games gift card (an Epic Games account balance top-up in US dollars), NOT V-Bucks directly. After redemption the card´s USD face value is added to your Epic Games account balance, and you use that balance to buy the V-Bucks pack you want in the Fortnite / Epic Games Store (it also works for Fortnite Crew, games and more).
Each option name shows which V-Bucks pack the card value covers (store prices: 800 V-Bucks = $8.99, 2400 = $22.99, 4500 = $36.99, 12500 = $89.99). Pack prices are set by Epic Games and may change. Values above 150 USD are delivered as two codes that add up to the value (e.g. 180 USD = 150 + 30).
Your Epic Games account balance currency must be USD.
How to redeem:
1. Go to epicgames.com/redeem
2. Sign in to your Epic Games account
3. Enter the code and click "Redeem"
4. Check the account and amount, then confirm
5. Buy a V-Bucks pack with your account balance
Nintendo Switch: Nintendo devices do not support the Fortnite shared wallet, so V-Bucks bought with Epic balance will not show up on Nintendo. Items bought in the web Item Shop or on another platform appear in your Locker on all platforms.
The code is delivered automatically right after payment. Redeemed codes cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Digital goods of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase, as they belong to the category of goods with individually defined properties that can be used only by the consumer who purchased them.
All our products are purchased from official suppliers and cannot be invalid.
Every code is individually re-checked by me before sale.
Refund terms:
1. If you have already received the balance, we cannot issue a refund.
2. Regional restrictions: YOU are responsible for making sure, before payment, that the code´s activation region matches the region of your account. Claims related to choosing the wrong region are not grounds for a refund.
3. If there is a technical problem on our side when delivering the code, you can get a full refund, provided the code has not yet been delivered to you.
Important warranty condition:
To resolve any disputes, you must record a video starting FROM THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE.
The video must show: the payment time, receiving the data and the first activation itself.
The video must not contain pauses, cuts or any editing.
Without a video recording, claims about non-working keys are not accepted.
If you run into technical difficulties, write in the order chat and we will help you sort it out
