The purpose of the method: The test for emotional intelligence (N. Hall´s method for emotional intelligence) shows how you use emotions in your life, and takes into account different aspects of emotional intelligence: attitudes towards yourself and others, ability to communicate; attitude to life and the search for harmony.

1. The “Emotional Awareness” Scale, i.e. awareness and understanding of your emotions.
2. Scale "Manage your emotions."
3. Shkala "Self-motivation", i.e. management of their behavior, through the management of emotions.
4. “Empathy” scale, i.e. understanding of other people´s emotions.
5. Scale "Management of other people´s emotions."
