HOW TO ACTIVATE A PROMOTION CODE:
Sign in to your Google Advertising account.
Click the settings icon and select Bills and Payments.
In the menu on the left, select Settings.
Scroll down the page and click on the link Manage Promotional Codes.
Enter promo code.
Click Save.
