The paper analyzes the legal acts on inclusive approaches to education - international legal acts (declarations and conventions) of the United Nations (UN) and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) concerning human rights and freedoms and non-discrimination for any reason, as well as federal laws of the Russian Federation.
1. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN, 1948).
2. Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms ETS No. 005 (Rome, November 4, 1950). For the Russian Federation since May 5, 1998.
3. The Declaration of the Rights of the Child (UN, 1959).
4. Convention for the Suppression of Discrimination in Education (UNE DIS, 1960). For the USSR since November 1, 1962.
