1. Create a Sony Entertainment Network account at en.playstation.com/registration.
The promotional code can only be activated through an account related to the Ukraine region.
2. Log in to the PlayStation®Store on your console or website.
3. Select “Redeem Codes” (on PS Vita, first click on the “Settings” icon at the bottom of the screen).
4. Enter the 12 digits of the promotional code and click Continue.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen.
