С покупкой и поддержкой/гарантией всё ОК. Купит акк с Beat Saber, штатно скачал и несколько раз поиграл. Потом в аккаунт не заходил почти ровно 2 месяца. При повторном входе Стим запросил Steam Guard. Написал об этом продавцу на странице покупки (через историю покупок в личном кабинете PlatiMarket) и в этот же день получил аккаунт с этой игрой на замену. В новый аккаунт зашел без проблем.
