При регистрации на selleramp.com и amazon aws данная карта не прокатила, попробую еще где-нибудь применить. К продавцу претензий нет, покупал для эксперимента.

The card not work for me

Well... The card is OK, I even linked it to my US Paypal account (very old and with previously linked bank card that expired), but now Paypal asks to confirm it, which is impossible since it must be charged with 1.95 USD, and then I need to login to web bank, see that transaction code and enter it to Paypal, but it is impossible.
