This is the second edition of the handbook. It has a lot of material processed (Ch. 5, 6, 10-12, 16) compared to the first edition. Added a significant number of problems. In presenting the material focuses on the practical consideration of the problems.
Approximately 75% of the guide contains a summary of already developed problems. The rest of the article is devoted to a brief description of the important theoretical issues in each of the areas under consideration.

1) formulation of the problem;
2) the theoretical foundations necessary for its decision;
3) a detailed solution.
