пишите ,что оффлайн режим это отключение инета и прочие костыли!!! Когда же с вас будут спрашивать за неверную информацию ,жду не дождусь этого момента!

Все сделал по инструкции, в итоге была ошибка по данным учетной записи, а потом и вовсе блокировка аккаунтом, продавец не отвечает.
