Данные от аккаунта действительно приходят сразу после оплаты, но войти в аккаунт невозможно, надо ждать от продавца код SteamGuard (минуты, часы, дни - кому как повезет).
Upd.: После выхода на связь продавец ответил на все вопросы и решил проблему.
