- Call the Sony hotline 8(800)2007667 (Russian number)
- In the voice menu, select item 2, then 1
- After connecting to the operator, ask for help redeeming the Playstation Plus subscription renewal code
- The operator will verify you by asking questions, prepare your answers in advance:
- Number, date, name and amount of any previous order in the Playstation Store
- Network ID on Playstation Network
- Mail that is linked to your Playstation account
- Bank card number linked to your Playstation account

- Send an email to networksupport@ru.playstation.com with a request to redeem the following Playstation Plus subscription renewal code:
- Purchased code PSN wallet replenishment code
- Network ID on Playstation Network
- Mail that is linked to your Playstation account
- Date of birth indicated in your Playstation account
- Number of the bank card linked to the Playstation account with which purchases were made (if you used PayPal, indicate the email address to which PayPal is linked);
- Number, date, name and amount of any previous order in the Playstation Store
- Serial number of the console (indicated on the console itself) with which the account was registered or the first authorization was performed
