INTRODUCTION

Relevance of the topic of the research is due to the reform of the penal system of the Russian Federation, focused on humanizing the penal policy, the rights of citizens who are in prison. As in recent years, a number of federal laws, decrees Islands Goverment of the Russian Federation, aimed at government support for the penitentiary system, the strengthening of guarantees of the rights of citizens to have committed a crime, for which was sentenced to imprisonment.

Humane prison system is able to ensure the correction of convicts and it should not be a means of deformation of the individual. Humanity-zation conditions of serving the sentence in the penitentiary system shall be in accordance with the principle-PAMI penal policy.

Of particular importance in the ongoing educational work with convicts is established between them and the members of the correctional-ny established relations based on mutual trust and the Cooperation Teachers. This can be achieved by introducing in the educational process of humane organizational foundations of the educational process with the prisoners in correctional institutions of the penal system.

Improving the organization and legal support of upbringing-enforcement process condemned to imprisonment in a gumaniza-of Penitentiary becomes more relevant in connection with the re-move the penal system to the Ministry of Justice and the implementation of its reform process, respectively the requirements of international standards-ments, which involves humanizing forms and methods using educational work in prisons.
