SUPPLEMENT 182
Purpose - to develop and validate a program of physical rehabilitation for older women with abnormal biliary system on stationary and outpatient rehabilitation treatment stages and to evaluate its effectiveness.

Research objectives: 1. Based on the literature review to summarize the theoretical basis and experience in the use of physical rehabilitation of women with abnormal biliary system and identify current approaches to their application. 2. To determine the functional state of the biliary, cardiorespiratory, autonomic nervous system and physical performance of women coming of age, patients with chronic calculous cholecystitis and dyskinesia of the biliary system with regard to the shape biliary dyskinesia. 3. Develop a program of physical rehabilitation phases of rehabilitation treatment with differentiated using hydrokinesitherapy, special regulated breathing exercises, dosed walking, therapeutic massage and autogenous training, women with pathology of the biliary system. 4. To assess the effectiveness of the author's physical rehabilitation program and compare it with the traditional, which is used for women called contingent. The object of study - physical rehabilitation activities in violation of the hepatobiliary system.

Subject of research - physical rehabilitation of women's first and second coming of age with abnormal biliary system inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation treatment stages. Regenerative dynamics of disturbed functions biliary, cardiorespiratory and autonomic nervous system in older women with abnormal biliary system under the influence of rehabilitation means. Methods: pedagogical methods (theoretical analysis and synthesis of the literature, the study of documentary materials, medical and educational follow-up); sociological methods (discussions, questionnaires); psychological testing; Medico-biological methods (for a review, anthropometric studies pulsometry, study of respiratory function, macro and microscopic examination of the bile, blood count, ultrasound of the gallbladder, fractional duodenal intubation HPLM, statistical analysis of heart rate (DCAS), a method for RM . Baevsky (1986), functional tests and tests (respiratory samples post and Genchi, functional tests, with dosed load); methods of mathematical statistics.
