Many athletes legs noticeably lag behind in development compared with other parts of the body. Legs are much harder to train, they are not so visible, such as the chest, resulting in the head leaving only the bench press and curl with dumbbells.
For me, training legs always been tricky, not because I avoided it, but because of my height - I have long muscles.
