Many athletes legs noticeably lag behind in development compared with other parts of the body. Legs are much harder to train, they are not so visible, such as the chest, resulting in the head leaving only the bench press and curl with dumbbells.

For me, training legs always been tricky, not because I avoided it, but because of my height - I have long muscles. Athletes such as Lee Priest (Lee Priest) or Lee Labrada (Lee Labrada) with their short legs are gaining weight on their feet more quickly, and at the same level of development in the long-legged athletes massiveness of the legs is not as evident. Accordingly, athletes need to make big growth much more effort for an equivalent result. But the result is worth it: long legs with a well-developed, with massive muscles look more beautiful.
