I want to clarify that I purchased this item by mistake because I was looking for ElevenLabs and misunderstood the product. However, I contacted the seller immediately after noticing the mistake.
I did not redeem, activate, or use the product in any way. Additionally, the delivery did not match the description provided in the listing. The seller stated that an activation link would be sent directly to my email, but I only received a code/string (DTHRZFJq5uIM7JZ) and no activation link or proper instructions.
Since the product was not used, activated, or redeemed, and the promised delivery method was not provided, I am requesting a refund. I tried to resolve the issue directly with the seller, but unfortunately, we were unable to reach a solution.

1. It is the customer´s fault that the customer bought the wrong product. I can assist, but the customer had a bad attitude towards me from the beginning. 2. All customers who have purchased from me can successfully activate according to the attached instructions. The fact that this customer doesn´t know how to use it is because they didn´t read the attached instructions carefully, which is absurd! 3. My goods have been exposed and there is no way to guarantee that the customer has not used or activated them, so I cannot refund!
